I thought you had to know your stuff to work here? i was given the wrong part.. TWICE. Then, when I went in to get the right one, finally, I was treated terribly, when it was their fault to begin with. The guy made a mistake on the computer and ordered me 2 parts instead of just one, the right one. So they accused me of stealing a part??? And were extremely rude to me. Also, I was given the wrong part by a lady the day before. (I returned the wrong ones obviously) Do they know what they're doing? No. Is there any customer service? No.

If I could give a one star I would, I went in looking for a part for my car in a pinch on a saturday and the two older guys were the most unhelpful and unhappy people i’ve met. Wouldn’t even give me the time of day just tried to end the conversation before I could ask about alternatives.

The gentleman was very helpful! Picked out my brake pads and gave a lot of insight on the different price points for each option.I know next to nothing about cars, and he was very patient when explaining things so that I understood. I couldn’t recommend them enough

Place has gone so downhill since Canadian Tire Corp took over from the previous owner (Norm Hare). They've also lost a great deal of long time employees and knowledge. Just not what it used to be unfortunately. I don't personally find the staff to be anywhere near as knowledgeable as past personnel sadly.

Stood in line for a long time. Three people working there and only one person serving the same person for half hour. I saw several customers walking out as the line did not move. I mentioned it to one of the people working there and he said well they can just walk out, we are busy. He didn’t care. So we left too.

Great experience every time! An extra shout out to Doug who has helped me with bulb swap outs, blades, and so much more. These guys have saved me money just by going the extra mile and helping me out with the little things, like when I get stuck trying to replace bulbs.
