I had emailed them and they had gotten back to me the next day to set up an appt 2 days later. My project needed to be expedited within 3-5 weeks.Even though they are quite busy they were willing to take on the projectI was very impressed by Donald the manager as he was very creative and helpful and guided me through the process. The customer service is amazing.The quality of the product is amazing tooHighly recommend and very happy with my selections

I've spoke to another cabinet company in Edmonton in the past, and was less than impressed. I was given Essence Cabinets name by a local builder and gave them a call. I spoke to Kasha for about 10 minutes, she had a smile in her voice and was more than happy to confidently answer my questions. I'm looking forward to working with Kasha in the near future.

Great place so far. Consulted with Stephen on a modest kitchen expansion for my customer. He looked to match outdated cabinet doors, explained how they would have to make the extra large door required, and even offered referrals for sourcing the outdated laminate countertops.

The absolute worst cabinets to order from. There is no care taken during assembly. There is glue in every drawer box out of square different colored gables from the doors nails poking through the faces of the drawers 2 different slides for a drawer box the worst clips for a drawer box ever. I highly recommend NOT ordering from this company.

Wow! What service! What knowledge! I went to order a set of cabinets for a kitchen. I spoke to Stephen, he understood the construction and layout details, lead me through some of the pitfalls" of the designs that i had overlooked and helped me come up with plan that worked perfectly. They make the cabinets locally and their facility is state of the art. They had the cabinets ready for delivery in a few short weeks. They delivered them ASSEMBLED

Amazing customer service!! I was needing some cabinet drawer edging and touch up paint for our cabinets and Veena was so friendly and quick to reply. Our cabinet color was discontinued but she was still able to find exactly what we needed. The staff in the office and warehouse are so accommodating and just so friendly. They definitely went above and beyond and I’m so appreciative. Thank you so much Essence-Cabinets!!

Had an older hinge assembly that needed replacementExcellent customer service by the staff in that department. Wonderful follow through with my site visit showing them the assembly and obtaining a replacement for no charge.

I had gone to visit Essence cabinets at the suggestion of a friend, as we were looking for some cabinetry for our basement. Stephen was extremely accommodating and patient as we worked through a design that was suited to our needs. The cabinets turned out great and the installation was smooth. The matching media unit is also fantastic. I would highly recommend them!

We just moved into our home with custom Essence Cabinets. They are so beautiful and of wonderful quality. We are super happy with them.

Poor communication both in terms of customer service with clients and within their own company. Have been waiting months to have drawers they custom built and installed fixed. They sent a service technician out who looked at it, determined the drawers were installed incorrectly and needed different hardware for the soft close system. Months later, after repeatedly having to reach out to customer service for updates, they finally confirm they have the new hardware. Tech arrives and apparently is confused why he's there; he has no hardware with him, and it is as if he is looking at the cabinets for the first time trying to figure out the problem. Clearly, the first tech who was here months earlier didn't communicate his findings or they didn't log the issue properly. So here we are 9 months after taking possession of the house and still waiting for them to fix their mistakes. They seem to be more interested in looking after new projects than taking care of the customer when there is fault found in their work.
