We drive from Edmonton to shop at the store on Baseline in Sherwood Park. We have always received exemplary service, the store is spotless, organized, welcoming and we don't like going anywhere else! I wanted to take this opportunity not only to say how much we appreciate this store but to bring attention to an amazing individual. Their name is Dakota and I would like to thank her for being friendly and knowledgable. I appreciate her knowledge about the many of the products. Always an awesome experience. Staff are always friendly and super helpful. My dogs love going into the store. Even if they don't like getting a bath, they love picking out a treat reward when they're all done and squeaky clean in the treat aisle!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Helped us get a very terrified rescue dog into the pet-wash area and then helped us convince her to get back into our vehicle. Offered treats, assistance and encouragement to our stressed out little family. Every staff person we crossed paths with was absolutely fabulous. Thank you so much! We will be back soon. The staff was AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to make sure I found all of the best items for my dog. They were so kind to me & my dog!! I also have so much respect for the precautions they were taking to keep us all safe. Nugget and I enjoyed our visit lots! 10/10 would recommend

Love the Baseline location. Have been going there since it opened. Friendly welcoming staff that even know me and my dog by name(even though I don't know theirs). Haven't been there in a while but they STILL know my name. Disappointed that they changed the showerheads on the dog wash. But that won't stop me from visiting the store. My puppy still came out looking good even tho the shower head they have was apparently torture for her! Thanks for the continuing great service and my dog Skye will forever be greatful for the love she receives for the wonderful people here!
