Terrible service from young woman today very condescending. It's a shame. Will never go again.

I had NEVER tanned in my life. I am super light skinned and burn very easily, and the only time I ever tried spray tanning, I looked orange. So needless to say, I was super nervous about giving it another go. Alicia took the time to walk me through everything step by step and made me feel super at home and comfortable. The place is very well taken care of and always extremely clean. The staff is great, but Alicia is hands down the absolute best. She makes you feel welcome every time you step through the door. Oh, and the infrared sauna is awesome. I always walk out feeling great and looking great! This place definitely gets an A rating in my book

I took advantage of a Free one week trial I found online and 2 months later still a regular user.Service is personal, speedy and covid compliant. Everything is sanitised constantly.They have maybe 10/12 different things here including lay down, stand up, spray and IR sauna.I have a tanning monthly package which is great value.

Been coming to Tan de Soleil for a few months now; I love it! Very friendly staff, nice beds and I normally never have to wait to get into my favourite bed which is nice. 5 stars & great selection of lotions and good monthly pricing!

I was so stoked to find out that there was an infrared sauna closer to my place. When I called and asked about pricing for the sauna, they said it was $30 to drop in and $59 for a month unlimited. I repeated this, so clarify, and was told that was the price to sauna as much as I wanted for one month, but that I had to book first because it takes time to heat it up. I asked to book that evening, at 7pm (the last booking of the day, as they close at 8pm).When I arrived, I paid over $3 to park for an hour (typical these days) and they told me that there was no booking under my name, but she could still turn the sauna on for me. Then, when I went to pay, I asked about the month deal and was told several different prices, as the person at the front was not clear on the monthly deals. In the end, I was told it would be $77 for the rest of the month and all of the next month...but that I would have to commit to at least two months of that. I'm moving in month, so no thanks! And by the time this was all sorted out, I didn't even want to pay for a drop in, because we had used up so much of the time remaining before they closed. Not to mention that I can get a way better deal at Cocoa Tanning in Yaletown, for a sauna/red light and O2 therapy.Needless to say, I ended up leaving feeling like I wasted precious time and even money to park. What was supposed to be a rare, relaxing evening to myself, ended up being stressful and upsetting. And there was no attempt to make up for the inconvenience.

Yesterday was my first time going to this establishment and i was truly impressed. I’ve never been to a tanning salon where i felt so cared for by the staff. She thoroughly went over my application with me and recommended me good lotions because i have sensitive skin. The prices are great and i was given one week free for it being my first time. They also provide free goggles, and areas to touch up make up and have some water. All around great first impression! Will be going back for sure.

Great salon. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.I burn easy and bought a package prior to go to Mexico. The staff helped with picking a lotion for my sensitive skin and offered other advice to make sure I didn't burn myself.
