Stitch N Sew Alterations & Drycleaning

I’ve been going to this lady for a long time now and she is a kind sole. She is friendly with her customers, she does a fantastic job in her repairs, the quoted time is always metand her prices are more than fair.I would recommend her to everyone!

I had my wedding dress dry cleaned here twice and also had my daughter's and my mother's dress dry cleaned here as well. They did an amazing job and I was so happy with the results each and every time. The person who did my wedding dress, also noticed the bracelet (ribbon) I had added to hold up the train had broken. I did not even tell her about it but she was kind enough not to only fix it but to use a much better fabric for the bracelet. The first time I had my dress dry cleaned I had called on a Monday and asked if she could have it ready for me for that Saturday and she made it happen. So over all I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this place. Thank You!!

Terrible customer service. Do not reccomend.When I arrived, the sign says they are opened at 10am and the lady did not show up until 10:25am. This did not bother me, as I understand things happen. However she kept bringing up how she was late and I kept saying it was fine (she didn't apologize, she just acknowledged).She told me I had to wear a mask which again was fine however I did not have one on me, she rudly said well then I have to get you one

Needed very simple alterations. Picked up dress with now damages (not a cheap dress by any means) a massive pull clearly made from the alterations they attempted to do. Dress has never been worn, has price tags and I have photos of before I took it there clearly without these damages. Alterations are so ill fitting and done improperly that I've now taken it to a very professional place elsewhere to fix the mess that this place made. Never again will I ever recommend this business to anyone. So disappointed.

This particular Stitch n Sew (on Munch ave.) has always been great to us. The quality of her sewing has been extremely impressive. She has never been late with promised dates and always courteous. Love her.Carole & Sandy

Bad place asked them if they can repair a zip on my pocket off a north face sweater she did not evan look at it and told me can not be repaired went back to my truck removed the stitching at bottom off zipper reconnected zip back to zippered and restitch very bad customer service and very incompetent

Had taken 3 pretty expensive polos to get the length altered. I’m really happy with the work that was done and the price was reasonable! Would definitely recommend ! This is going to be my go to place for alterations!

I just said it’s a little bit pricey for a small rip, then heard, “ you can do it on your own,” “ why are you not getting a new jacket if you think the price is a quarter price of the new one.” Rude, unprofessional business. Not recommended.
