Ian, the store manager, is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and always willing to go beyond in order to be helpful. products in the store are of good quality and there is a great selection for a city the size of charlottetown.i happen to rent space in the same building Spartan rents. they are great neighbours!

Ian, the store manager, was knowledgeable about every piece of equipment at Spartan. He recommend an elliptical that was perfect for my needs and inside my budget. Great experience overall!

The dealer was both caring and considerate. One issue was wish they would have told us about the facts about warranty in advance. One needs to be very careful and understand the warranty. No matter if you spend many thousands of dollars on equipment, if life and issues force you to make a change and sell equipment that at best has hardly been used, the warranty is NON TRANSFERABLE. As such many people are very hesitant to pay you even 30 cents on the dollar on something that has NO WARRANTY. No matter what the facts, people will suspect something is wrong, Keep in mind that what you purchase from Spartan Fitness, it has very little value if life deals you a blow and you must sell the equipment. Sadly they blame it on the factory and as such will do nothing to help. Find it a shame to go from a happy purchase to this but that is life. BUYER BEWARE.

Ian exceeded our expectations right at the starting gate. He gave us superb advice on the choice of gym equipment that was perfect for our needs; he advised us on how to configure our gym space; he put the equipment together so expertly, we knew he had done this before and he has responded promptly to our needs and our questions to date. Ian does what he says he is going to do and it's always a pleasure doing business with him.
