It's nice that you can order items that they don't carry or have on catalogue. You just need to wait for a quote.

The place in general is ok if you only need minimum stuff. The amount of choice of different items went down. Make sure you check the expiration date on item you want before purchase. The price of gas was cheaper before they changed the pump.

Canex is a great option for our military mbrs. They have an online option as well so dont think that the items in store are the only options. The staff will help you if your looking for something and dont see it in store.

I've been to this Canex a few times over the years and so far so good. Always a positive experience with the staff, and though it takes a fair amount of time to receive orders they are open and vocal about it. Out of the many Canex's I've been to I'd reccomend this one.

Growing up on military bases, seeing a Canex Store just reminds you of a small piece of familiarity.Brought my parents to this location as I live in Edmonton. My Dad served for 36½ years, so walking into Canex for us brings comfort.You can always find the staples, plus some great deals and lots of hidden gems that remind you of memories.The ladies who work there were very nice, incredibly helpful with my parents and informative.Watching my Dad walk though and look at all the items, I'm sure was like a walk down memory lane.

The store could have more merchandise to really be appealing. Don't have much to really say it would be nice to shop there. Prices are high on certain items compared to other stores.

If you have served in the Canadian Forces or are a family member you can get a line of credit from the Canex.You can also get finance Tires from Trail Tire and furniture from Ashley's,appliances, minimum is $500.Research the item cost before purchasing as they aren't always the newest models.I have gotten furniture, laptops and other items, zero interest and delay payments starting for up to 4-6 months. Also up to $5500 line of credit if you have slightly higher than horrible credit and meet the criteria.
