Orsan Air Services - Duct Cleaning
Frank was a great person to deal with. Prompt, on-time and very courteous and professional. Provided some great recommendations on to extend the life of our furnace and improve the efficiency. Used all-natural disinfectants which was important to us. I felt a huge difference as soon as the work was done. Even though I have a 20-year old furnace the blow power was improved and my house heated up to the desired temp in just 10 min after the fact that the house doors were open to the outside for the past two hours while the work was being done. Highly recommend his team and will be using them again for sure to get the most out of my furnace.

First off - A big thanks to the great tech and Frank! We developed a nasty issue with our dryer not venting and throwing a fault code. Turns out that the dryer vent was not venting properly. My home has a serious grade, and the vent it 20+ feet in the air at the side of the house. Orsan came in like champions and cleaned from the the inside AND the outside. I don't think it's ever been this clean before.Professional, responsive, caring and willing to go the extra distance. Have already set a reminder to call them back for another duct and dryer vent cleaning.Top notch!!

Frank was prompt and professional, I felt at ease that the work would get done well. Pricing was fair and clear upfront which I appreciate.My advice - it's definitely worth using a professional local company instead of the discount options you find online (we used one 4 years ago and we were not impressed).Will use Orsan Air again in the future. Orsan Air Services - Duct Cleaning
The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. However, the job seemed very rushed. My cold air return covers are dented and the paint is scratched off of them. Instead of taking them off, tools were used to clean them while they were on the wall. I believe that for the amount of money being paid for these services being done, this is part of the job and cleaning process.

We used Orsan for our Duct Cleaning a few months ago. Everything about the service was five star quality. Very professional and thorough. Answered my questions about air flow efficiency with careful detail. Also, he removed a deceased bat which I had asked him to locate. Cleaned our dryer duct which had not been done in many years. I confidently recommend Orsan.
