Love this place, combo A to go is my regular order! Sushi is fresh and tasteful. I come here at least once a week for the past year or so. Love and recommend this place.

Cheapest little portions I’ve ever seen with Asian takeout. Rice bowls had 2 shreds of cabbage and no other vegetables with it. A $5 order of tempura yams was 3 small pieces. Don’t waste your money there’s lots of very good takeout in Regina. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The food was disgusting, bland, way overcooked, and looked old.The ramen broth was gross, noodles were cheap, veggies were old, the egg was way overdone, the pork was overcooked and cut into sad little strips, it was like eating tiny strips of leather, and the rice was old and dry.Ramen is served in a plastic bowl with plastic cutlery and the rice is served in a small paper bowl.This is one of those places you wish you couldn't see the food being prepared in. The kitchen is filthy, the decor and lighting in the dining area has years of dust caked on them.With the close proximity to the Uni, I genuinely feel like they're preying on students that just don't know any better.There is nothing tasteful, genuine, or clean about this place.

Rice with fried meat no veggies, no sauce. It should be mentioned when no the meal doesn’t come with anything but rice and meat. The worst $17 spent, I’m extremely disappointed to say the least.

Unfortunately, Pronto seems to have taken a hit (likely due to the pandemic) and have clearly cut a lot of corners. Styrofoam boxes for dining-in, limited drink options (you have to pay for water now), and a general decline in the quality of food. It appears that there are fewer staff too. The restaurant environment is pretty cold and several tables at the back are piled high with stuff, looking messy and unclean. I hope Pronto can strategise to improve the restaurant and see their profits rise post-pandemic. There are better options than the ones they're currently pursuing.

I really enjoy Pronto. It’s my new go-to place. The crispy Dynamite roll is my favorite and I am excited to try more! When I asked for more soy sauce, they gave me an extra 4-5 packets!

I’d say the experience here was good but could be better. The wait time for my meal was quite long, although they did mention to me that my food would take about 15 minutes to get ready, it took longer than that. I also requested for rice to be added to my meal as it was only chicken. The serving was quite small and appeared a bit soggy. The chicken was really good, tasted really nice and my colleagues also enjoyed their meal.

Food is okay and reasonable price for bento. However, the korean fried chicken is just way too expensive - $17 for 6 pieces of small fried chicken which is not even crunchy as it should be. Takoyaki has no vegetables inside just a piece of octopus.

Ordered Korean BimBibap over the phone and I was told 1 hour ago. I decided to go the place after 15 mins to order Takoyaki and surprisingly the Korean BimBibap was already made.Opened the food at home and the food looks old and the vegetables looks soggy and looks bad. I decided to the rest because I am starving . If you can go somewhere else, do not order from here. The quality of food got worse and the server seems annoyed as if our fault we are ordering.

What looked to be the owner/manager is absolutely uninviting, rude and unprofessional.Will never invest our money here again. It was a stretch to go here in the first place.The food could not even make up for the behavior. The shrimp had to be thrown out and the rest of our food we ate only because we were hungry.
