Even the cashier was shocked at how much I saved. Almost 300 dollars worth of clothes for just over 100. Good quality clothes too!

Staff too busy with what appeared to be inventory tasks. Spent 30 min trying on shoes. But hey! Maybe I should learn to appreciate the opportunity to shop at my own pace.

I went in this afternoon, spoke to Sharon the assistant manager about the damaged item I had bought and if they could contact the manufacturer. She was very rude to me she raised her voice, even my 5 year old son was traumatized. I told Sharon to calm down. With a raised voice she said you can call the 800 number if you want"Her face was red. My son said to me "mum I am very sorry

I just purchased a thermos from this location. All of the staff was attentive and helpful. This is a very difficult weekend for my family and the kindness shown by the staff truly made me feel cared about as a human not just a customer. I'd highly recommend the store.

Horrible experience just trying to exchange a pack of copper sole socks that aren’t even 2 weeks old and warm right through. I wanted to exchange them and had the receipt but wasn’t the exact right one but still had the numbers and all that needed but they refused to do anything for me. They were rude and didn’t help much at all. So disappointing since we shop there so often for my fiancés work wear. Not a happy customer at all.

Super rude manager. Singled me out pretty much asking me to leave when the store closes in 10 minutes. Other staff who helped me were super nice but the manager gave off misogynist vibes by singling me out and approaching me 3 times within my 7 minute visit.

I like Mark's. They aren't the cheapest, but neither is their quality. Their products are generally well made. They're a decent place to shop. If they wanted to become great, they could probably start by treating their employees better than the rest of the retail industry. But I don't hesitate to recommend them for shoes and outdoor wear.
