Very smooth and fast service for London transit

For this location specific I would give 5 stars, customers service amazing, really kind people.The company in general- Easily the worst bus service, it's always late, and just now I had the experience that the bus didn't show on the bus stop I was waiting, because they change the route. If need change the route because of the construction, put a NOTICE at the bus stop, some people don't have a phone to call you guys and find out if the bus will show or not, really disrespectful, a senior was there waiting for 1 HOUR.... It's unbelievable... The other thing is, I really understand that the driver need to stop and have a break. But every 10 min?? Then stop for 5 min.... I have some many things to type, but it's not worth, if I could give 0 star I would....

The whole London Bus system is a disaster. Stop changes and route changes are never updated to Google map. You will never be sure whether the bus is taking you to whwre you want to go. Cannot even tell where the temporary is and What buses are stopping. Glad I am leaving London and probably not coming back.

Excellent customer service

Went to get senior bus tickets and Lisa was very polite and friendly. Was convenient as was downtown doing business.

Tried to get here by bus to buy a smart card and the BUS NEVER CAME.

Good bus services and well the staff in the building was no much help as I'm new to the city and trying to get bus pass and was having the run around
