Great selection of swimming suits, shoes (boots, heels, flats,...) hats, accessories, clothes, nail polish, make up, underwear, ... Not the greatest quality, but overall very acceptable. Try to take advantage of their offers. You can check some of them in their website, but the best ones (70% sales) are only in store and not necessarily announced in their website. It is worth the visit. The parking is free and the costumer service awesome.

I like the new manager, she has a really good attitude, great customer service.

Such great service! Out of all the locations I’ve been to in Ottawa, this is by far the BEST! Cleanest, very friendly, and they always have what I’m looking for! I love the vibe & energy! Great job girls!!!:)

Too bad about some of the staff change over. The one I asked for help was rude, no smile and extremely dissmissive. I'm disappointed and will not be shopping there anymore. 5 yrs I've used this location!!

Very confusing “sale” signs in multiple different areas (ex. no “percent off” or “buy 1 get 1 % off”, etc.) asked an employee for some clarification and she ended up explaining with an attitude. Did not feel welcome at all. Very messy store as well.

Lots of choices at low price, cashier very nice, suggest someone on the floor to help on top of the cashier.

Reading these comments are horrible. It does not reflect the store or the staff my personal experience was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to help me look for items I saw on the website. The manager at the store was beyond helpful, kind and even invited me back to the store. Excellent service. I highly recommend this store

I have had the worst experience with Ardene employees, as they're always incredibly judgemental towards my body. I haven't been back in this location in several years due to the negative experience. I walked into this store where i asked this employee for help to look for jeans for work. It was a lady in her 40s/50s, and she showed me a few pairs of jeans which i could try. She asked me what size I needed, and I told her which size and her response was 'you cant be a size 3, i wear a size 3, the size 3 wont fit you.' I ended up leaving with no purchase because I was uncomfortable in the store.I would recommend shopping online with them rather than going into the store as their employees are judgemental (towards their customers physiques) and they have terrible customer service in general.
