A lot of dust, bed very uncomfortable, owner is very nice . If I find a place to move up this way you can give me a job cleaning for you. Thank you for your hospitality. Thank you.

The people running the motel are very nice and friendly.

I have had many friends stay at this little motel. The rooms were clean and the water was hot for our showers. I have seen alot of boats there so the fishermen must like it too. Prices are fair. Close to restuarants, bars and shopping mall.

This is a basic no-frill motel. What I liked was the simple accommodations, clean and tidy rooms, and the very affordable price! If your focus is on the destination and not where you slept, then this is the perfect place for you.I come up to Prince Edward County from the States, and I've stayed at the PLM three times now since it saves me $ to spend on eats and treats. The family that runs it are very friendly and will likely recognize you after a while.Give it a try!

You get exactly what you pay for. All of the other guests were nice, the couple running the place are wonderful, and the water gets hot when you need it to.

Between this place and Bates Motel, I would've preferred the latter. We found nowhere else to go, so based on that alone, I am grateful. However, with the cobwebs and spiders absolutely everywhere, dust just all over the place that I had to clean myself, and the disgusting smell and mold, with the walls and doors all discolored, just wow. Not to mention the fact that true there's wifi, but it depends where you're positioned. Oh, and the surprise of hairs in and on the pillows, yuck.I've been to a lot of motels and hotels, I enjoy going out and finding new areas. Honestly the worst motel I've ever been to. I do not recommend it to anyone, unless you really have absolutely nowhere to go, and even then I recommend spending a bit more and just going to a much better location.

Reasonable price , dated but clean and comfortable . Right across the road from the cemetery on the Bay of Quinte but train tracks about I km behind. Within a few blocks of the three main nursing homes so good for me when visiting mother. As an amputee it was handy parking right in front of your room . Got to know Loraine when I visited my mother and very pleasant to talk with. Easy access off Loyalist Rd. missing Belleville traffic. Had everything I needed to sleep , shower , change and relax.

As Motels goes I give it a 4.5 star rating.Clean, comfortable, roomy, 4 pillows per beds, all the bells and wistle (train wistle that is)only draw back.

The owner of the motel were very kind. We stayed at this motel because We couldn't continue our trip due to bad weather. The room were spacious and clean. Easy check in and check out.
