I visited to charge our electric vehicle. Only one of the two chargers was working. Charger #2 was working and we charged at 65kW. Not awful but only half of the nominal maximum of 125kW that our vehicle can receive. So... three stars, just ok"."

The short and fat Indian woman not acknowledging customer and talking to unfortunate Indian guy. But that’s what you get. Their behaviour is disgusting. Learn to bring customer service and stop being so miserable because you are working a job you don’t like and don’t take it out on the customer. Careful with the attitude, you might get hurt from the wrong guy.

What do you say? Self serve gas station with a convenience store and Tim Hortons. Clean and only a few years old.

It's great this place got ev chargers, but they don't always work. So far only #2 card reader wasn't working, today it's both. Been on the line with their tech department for about 20-30 minutes so far, still not charging. Got hung up on 4 times...Update September 9, 2021: both chargers off, 2nd day in a row so farNov 29: charger #1 under maintenance for at least a week

The gas station itself is fine, located in a convenient location with EV chargers as well and a conveniently placed Tim Hortons. However the major downside to this location upon my latest visit - and from previous reviews mentioned here as well - is the attendant Jarrett who is rude, confrontational, and hostile towards anyone who is within the Petro Canada section. Perhaps the convenience and automation of all other features outside of this location is a benefit as customers will not have to interact with him, but I worry for customers with issues with pumps or payment who are forced to interact with someone like this. I'd advise those looking for snacks and quick bites to shop elsewhere, including the 7/11 across the street (with their own Tim Hortons as well) but for gas it serves its purpose for those in the area.

It took the tim hortons staff 15 min to complete one order of a single chocolate chip muffin. The sikh guy takes the order (just one muffin ,it's a handsreach away) turns away to attend to the drive trough window instead . Takes another 5 min to finally get my muffin .if I would have been in a rush I would have left. Really unorganized.

The man with curly strawberry blonde hair on the gas station counter is rude and abrupt. Rather than saying he couldn't accept a torn bill he said I'm not interested in this at all" and threw it back. Maybe learn how to speak to a customer??????"

The attendant in this location is a very bitter person, he is rushed all the time, he is rude, he attends without any kindness. I used to stop at this convenience store, but with someone like this taking care of customers, I better never go back to this place. The owner should have someone who is nice and courteous to customers, not a salesperson who seems like crazy.

There is something wrong with the attendant at neighbours store. A confrontation took place today between 1-2 pm with a guy who seem to have a blonde beard, covering his face with a mask. The attendant was very very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, aggressive and showed aggression when I requested to speak to the manager. Needless to say that confrontation made me feel that this is NOT A NORMAL BEHAVIOUR FOR SOMEONE WHOSE ONLY JOB IS TO HELP COSTUMERS. I had left the place as I didn’t feel safe, the aggression shown made my eyes roll. Not sure how he is allowed to do this, I genuinely felt that he wasn’t doing alright and thus felt unsafe, the aggression that he showed would’ve turned in to physical confrontation. The REFUSAL TO CALL THE MANAGER BY CLAIMING THAT HE/SHE weren’t there is concerning. Usually petro canada staff are usually doing thier job without any issue, but not sure what is wrong with this guy.not all costumers can handle such situation, especially the vulnerable.I think their management should review his performance and actions. From my end, I don’t feel safe with a person like him is around. There 2 other gas stations near by ( across the street, one with Tim Hortons) if you feel the necessity to avoid such situationsPETRO CANADA: review your CCTV at this location and see for yourself.safety of your costumers should be your first priority.
