+Friendly Receptionist/Practitioner+Good Location+My back and shoulders feel more relaxed.-Very cold room-They took me pictures and never asked me for my permission.-Cold hands and cups starting the massages-that night my scalp was very sensitive and hurt a lot, because She scratched my whole scalp with her nails very fast and hard.I am not saying that the results are not good, but the whole experience I don't think it worth it to do it again.

I booked an urgent massage session for my first time for my mom and I. It was the best massage experience that we both had ever experienced. We received amazing customer service along with a massage that left us feeling like new. All of our stress pain was gone by the end of our session. Such a great experience! We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family and coming back in!

I have been coming to this Wellness Centre for two months. I was in despair with so much leg pain, fibrosis and problems in my veins; I had tried almost everything. Jennifer’s work it is like “magic”; by doing cupping, massages, and using clay I don’t have pain anymore. Even better; I am feeling the healthiest I have ever been.

Dr Lee and Jennifer worked magic on my sore back and neck. A very unique experience.They did a combination of acupuncture, Massage therapy, cupping and reflexology.Jenifer was more than generous with her time. Excellent customer service.She’s very passionate about her work which can be seen in the quality of service. Definitely going back.

Sciatic pain, a groin injury, neck pain, a separated shoulder, joint pain, stomach issues and circulation issues are just some of the examples. Their professionalism and knowledge will put you at ease and they will be sure to find your problems.I have a very busy schedule so finding time to get treatment for my injuries is difficult. WonderPoint always finds time to get me in quickly. I am forever grateful for the treatments they provide and I don’t think I would be playing basketball or joining in with my teenage sons sports without their help. I have a new foot injury and I will be be sure to be calling them this week for help.This 46 year old body would not be the same without Wonderpoint!!!I would recommend anyone to use this wellness center. If you have nerve or muscle pain, this is the place to go!!!

I LOVE this clinic! First, I was recommended by my close friend. I went in for the first time and Dr. Lee and Jenn assessed my body and did a body massage and cupping. It was a much needed session because my body really needed the detox. After the first session, I was able to relax really deeply and sleep so much better.Since then, I went back five more times so far. I love that Jenn checks my body, determines what my body and mind need and customizes my treatment every time. I can tell she really cares about her clients and their wellness. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive the best treatment every time. I am so thankful I was able to meet her and to experience the healing journey I much needed. Terrible service. The initial two times I visited, it was ok but not up to Mark. I don't know why I showed up for the third time, maybe because of the cupping equipment that I enjoyed and helped in releasing my stressed muscle. This time was the worst experience. There is no privacy when you are left in the room. They ask you to change your clothes and leave the door halfway open, which makes you uncomfortable. Secondly, Jennifer was on the call at the time, trying to solve her banking issues.And at the same time, she was taking more calls for same-day bookings while giving me a massage. She was talking to the customer over the phone and booked him in at the same time my massage was booked. When the other customer arrived, she left me halfway to assist the other customer. Meanwhile, I was struggling to get comfortable and trying to adjust the cupping equipment and hold my towel with my other hand.Well, that was it. I decided to leave the place, but I waited patiently for her to come out. She came out after 10 min( so in my room plus near the reception, overall I waited for 25 minutes) and when she came out, I asked her how can I pay as I didn't want to go without paying for whatsoever that 10 min massage was given. She did not bother to ask what happened. She I just said you don't need to pay. You can go. This made me mad, and I asked her you don't care? Do you? The doctor was also there, but he refused to say anything.Meanwhile, there was another walk-in who witnessed this conversation. She did not care and forced me to leave. Very disheartened and will never go back again.

Jenifer is a professional, her new way of giving. Cup massage therapy is so good, if you are sports person or play sports on regular basis, so this is a best place for you guy for body recovery. I love this place

I was there multiple times, twice with last minute booking (they always somehow managed to find a space for me) I always spend here over 1,5 h, but totally worth it. I felt better right after and pain was quickly decreasing. Definitely place to go to with any muscle, nerve pain.
