Have dealt with Brian on a few occasions and am well satisfied with service. Very reasonable rates and very prompt service. Brian was very helpful in getting things done same day and explained everything in detail. Definitely would recommend servicing your vehicle here.

I needed new tires for my Tesla Model 3 on an urgent basis as I had a flat tire and also they were used a lot to a point where I had to replace them.I called them in the morning and dropped my car there in the afternoon. By 5 pm everything was set and ready!My only complaint is that I felt the wheels were not aligned properly as the car drove more towards the right on a straight steering wheel and wish that they double checked but I was happy with their serviced and speed.

Super nice people, fast and accurate work. They fixed a puncture in my tire and it was finished in no time! Definitely recommend them and I am most definitely going back

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I am moving from Windsor (8 hours away) to Ottawa and my engine light had come on when I was in Ottawa last week moving. I had to drive back to Windsor in a snowstorm to retrieve the rest of my belongings. I had a panic attack because I just wanted to get home safe. Not only did they offer a MUCH MORE affordable price to check why my engine light was on ,(compared to Midas down the street) but the manager was so kind and reassured me he would only need 20 minutes to look at my car. He discovered nothing wrong with my vehicle and the light had come on due to the cold. I was ecstatic and happy I could drive back to Windsor safe but when I went to pay him, he told me the service was free of cost. Timely service, excellent customer service and very kind people. I will definitely be returning here once I officially move to Ottawa this week. Thank you! :)

Shame on this place a who ever I spoke with on the phone this morning.I called in to ask some general questions about an ac fix on my Honda the guy I spoke to told me for the diognosis it would be around 200..fair I thought and additional to that if it’s just a Freon refill that it would cost about 95/ounce to fill costing total around 1500 just for the refill. I was gobsmacked that this guy really thought he could lie to me like that over the phone. As I tried to ask more questions he just tried to get me to come in ASAP then when he knew I wasn’t coming he proceeded to warn me that other garages don’t have the same machine he does and to not put the cans..creepyI found elsewhere that will do the diagnosis for 130 and will charge me 18/ounce for Freon costing total around 200 for 15 ounces.DONT NOT GO HERE BEWARE

With the recent snowfall the skid plate on the car got filled up with the snow and cracked. As I don’t have a jack i brought my car in to Speedy to have them remove the cracked plate. They were courteous and took me in right away. Car was ready in 45 minutes. Bill was 85$, half hour labour and 10$ for shop supplies. When I inquired about shop supply fee Eric mentioned it was for brake cleaner and PPE. No PPE were worn and no brake cleaner was used. Very shady way to do business. So many better ethical garages in the area.

Brian, Sheldon, and the team at Speedy provided me with exceptional service. They are knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. As a woman who is not well-versed in cars, it can be difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic and not feel like you are being taken advantage of. This team is A+ and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable auto repair.

This is a great shop. I have had a variety of things fixed here from exhaust to engine and suspension issues. They have always made sure the repair was done right and the car was ready when they said it would be. The owners care and it shows. They have been in business for a long time. A great shop for downtown workers I drop it off in the morning as it is close to the core and they have fixed all my issues in a day.
