They did a beautiful job on my grandmother's funeral flowers. They had a problem with the casket spray (dropped/frozen) but they had it redone and it was beautiful, Grandma would've loved it

Great experience with Milbanke Flowers! I had a bouquet and some chocolates delivered to a friend in Battleford (I live in Toronto). Every staff member I spoke to was very kind, communicative, and helpful to ensure the delivery was made at the right (specific) time. They even called to inform me that some of the flowers in the arrangement I chose online were out of stock to ensure I was okay with an alternative option: delaying the delivery or choosing new flowers. I opted for the designer’s choice and the result was beautiful! I would highly recommend Milbanke to anyone.

Flowers were ordered for us on a Saturday close to closing so caller was informed they would not be dealt with till Monday. No problem there and Milbanke's was told Monday pick up was fine. Tuesday mid afternoon we received a call from Milbanke Flowers to say we had some flowers for pickup. Not the same kind of service we have experienced in the past.
