Quick response to my initial inquiry and I was impressed with the text link where I could upload a photo of my poor toilet so the staff could prepare. The plumber arrived a little early and was friendly and professional with my partner and explained fully what he was doing and why. Upgraded the toilet sister and happy with the results.

They quickly solved our problem which was that the pressurized water tank was not working. Pump was cycling every few minutes .Terrific results. Mauricio can be proud of how his team of Nick and PJ did such a good job. Explained the probable problems, checked the options and recommended the solution. Then completed the job quickly and efficiently. Then explained how to keep the system working optimally. Very pleased.

Mauricio is a pleasure to deal with. PlumbEX replaced the bathroom and kitchen faucets in my mother's home up north in February. They were leaking badly whenever you turned on the water. Thanks to Puroclean for referring me to him. I reached out to Mauricio again this weekend because I had an issue with the cold water supply line from under the house to the toilet. He was on standby to deal with it, but all it needed was tightening and the problem was solved. Thank you again, no house call needed and emergency averted.

I called Plumb Ex to take a look at a leak complaint I was having in a rental property. The office team was excellent in scheduling me quickly. Michael was dispatched and I can not thank him enough for his excellent service. He called me ahead of time, listened to the information I had about the problem, and then attended the property. The job was more significant than I had anticipated and Michael could not have done more to help. He certainly went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Michael!
