10 stars honestly. We used to see another vet which I won’t name and we always went around in circles trying to get my dogs health concerns under control. With one switch to uncas my dog has been doing much better after 1 visit than years at our previous vet. They are so willing to work with owners and I don’t feel like they are trying to just take my money. They listen and truly try to find the best solution. We will keep them as our vet forever now!

Been taking my dogs and cats to Uncas for years. My oldest dog has been there since he was 6 months old and he is now 15.Had his teeth done in early 2023 and he came out like a new pup.Great staff and vets.

Knowledgable and friendly staff. The clinic is inviting and my girl loves going to see Dr. Marrazzo and other staff as well as visiting with the goats. Front end staff have always responded in a timely manner to my online appointment or medication refill requests. Well worth the drive for the great service!

I inherited a German Shepard when he had just turned 11z. His nails had not been trimmed in a long time and you could see he was struggling on our floor and just to walk. He wouldn’t even let you grab a paw. I brought him in for a full checkup and to hope they could clip him a bit. Well it took 4 of them to hold him and I think the cost was only $20. I was brought to tears as they were successful in trimming him up. The vet was so compassionate with my plan for his older years as well. It’s a great place and I really can’t see myself going anywhere else.

We recently were referred to Uncas Veterinary and visited for our 12 week old dogs boosters. For our first visit we were beyond happy with the care veterinarian Forbes provided. she gave us advice and answered all of our questions. You can tell she loves animals and encourages the best for them. We will be bringing both of our dogs here for all their veterinarian needs and referring others as well!

10/10 vet clinic, better than any place inside the city. Pulse charges $60 dollars for a phonecall, this place saw my dog, talked to us over the phone multiple times, AND emailed us very detailed care instructions and the only thing we payed for was the visit. They care about the animals AND the humans bringing them in. Could not recommend this place enough.

I’ve always loved them but lately the customer service has gone downhill. My daughter had an emergency with her cat today and phoned them. She was placed on hold for a long time and then someone picked up and hung up the phone. She called back and they asked if they could put her on hold again. She said no and explained she had an emergency and could she bring the cat in. The answer was an emphatic “NO”. No “What’s happened?” No information of where else she could go instead. Just NO. What’s happened to the caring and compassion?
