WATCH IT!

I ordered in a band for a watch, they told me it would be in by the end of the week. The next week came around with no call, I called them, they told me it would be in within two weeks, and they were not very pleasant to speak with. It took 3 weeks to come in.I would have been fine with it taking longer if they had called and just told me it would be longer...

So you go in to a store to buy a gift. You ask the clerk if it is returnable for a refund if it does not fit the bill and it is not liked. Clerk says yes no problems. 3 weeks later is when we get a chance to go back to the store for a refund only to find out a refund is not an option. Yes I understand it say in the fine print and apparently initialed by the staff that exchange only but who really reads a whole receipt especially when you asked the question and you were given an answer. The initials of said staff means nothing. It was not signed by the paying customer. A receipt can print out any way you choose it to. That's bogus in my opinion and I come from a customer service background. How can your online store and your public facing store have 2 different return policies. You are actually promoting online sales rather than having a storefront. If thats the way tou want to go aure but make your policies standard across the board.

Finally got my Skagen watch back after waiting just under 2 months for what was supposed to be what they said was going to be at most a 2 week repair, another thing that really upset me was that even though the repair was taking much longer then expected they never kept me in the loop about when they might see the watch or when the watch might be back, I can fully understand that yes the watch was sent to Ontario for said repair as it couldn't be done in the store but considering that I had called them several times over the course of the repair and i would either get no answer back or at one point there was a mix up on repair numbers and i was told that my watch was already picked up by someone else. other then quick watch repairs or for watch purchase (they have a fantastic selection and its always being updated) there is a slim chance that i will be using this location in the future.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jesse who helped me fantastically while I was in the store. Answered all my questions and didn't uncomfortably try and sell me everything. He was very considerate and knew where to guide me with the descriptions I was looking for. He was patient while I was indecisive at first. I was given options and was well informed of return policies and product information. All and all would return.

Great selection of beautiful watches! I’ve bought all my Gshocks from there. Unfortunately one that I have I’ve taken this location 3 times now for the same repair in a 6 month span. They’ve assured me each time it wouldn’t need a repair on that piece again. Disappointed that I’ve needed to go back so frequently with no offer of a free repair or a new watch considering this one is not working well.

I was in tonight and they were extremely knowledgeable about the watches. They listened to what we wanted in a new watch and provided guidance on what would be the best fit. Fixed our watches quickly. They were very nice, personable and honest. Great experience.

I put some money to layaway a watch few months ago.They promised me that I can refund or exchange in one year. Now, the store was closing down. They asked me to pick it up early, no refund and no exchange. I told them,I cant afford it

Worst customer service (or should I say no service at all) Upon entering the Orchard Park location, the staff were sitting behind the counter and ignored us completely, no greeting whatsoever. They were more interested in taking selfies on their cellphones and listening to distasteful music over the loud speaker. No one offered to open any cabinets for us or even ask if we needed assistance. We were not the only customers being ignored at this time in the store.. I used to buy quite a few watches from here for my family, myself and my fiancee and its gone downhill in the last couple months.After this experience, we were greeted pleasantly and served immediately by your competitors down the hall. Goodbye Watchit, Hello competition.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Fixed two watches for my husband. One had to be sent elsewhere and they were exceptionally communicative about that and went out of their way to ensure the watch was mailed to us after the repairs safely and in a timely manner.

I went into WATCH IT! today and received wonderful customer service! I got my watch serviced and Melanie and Catherine went through lots of trouble following up with the repair center and kept me constantly in the loop. Great experience! I was previously a Spare Parts customer but will only be shopping at WATCH IT! from now on!
