Better than the orange store for sure. This is my go to when I need anything for home updates to diy projects. The staff is always so friendly and make sure to take out time to have mini conversations with you. They’re always talking to each other and seem very close as a group.

Look no further for your reno needs - seriously. Hands down, best customer service! We ordered some lumber for a project and had it delivered. Some of the pieces were not suitable/wrong colour and they came out not once, but TWICE to make sure everything was made right (whereas other places would have asked us to bring the pieces back ourselves for an exchange). Above and beyond for sure, and we so deeply appreciate how easy they made the process for us! The pieces are all quality as well.

This is my preferred source for building materials and supplies. They are fantastic people, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The service they provide is second to none. The Box Stores don't even come close. And as an added bonus, their pricing is very competitive. How can you go wrong. It's got that hometown feel to it, a characteristic I cannot emphasize enough.
