It was great to deal with Byron Conrad again! Have known Byron for over 10 years! He has now helped us 3 times to choose the right equipment needed for our last 2 houses. Byron is trustworthy and very knowledgeable at his work/product knowledge . Chris was extremely personable and informative about how our furnace we had installed last fall operates differently than our old furnace we had installed back in 2005. It turns out the strange burning smell emanating from our vents was dander from our cat and dust mites. Chris installed a U.V. light in the furnace and noticed we didn't have surge protection for the furnace and A/C. Chris got us a bundle deal for the U.V. light needed to mitigate the burning smell and surge protection for the furnace and A./C. Overall, very satisfied with the service provided, would recommend; even if you're unsure what your problem might even be!

Had a great experience with Appleby Systems. Dave and his team did an excellent job from the diagnostic testing to installing my new furnace. The follow up service from Paul and Byron was top notch. Overall I would highly recommend this experienced local team for their excellent service.

At our first regular service after Dr HVAC took over for Appleby the technician reported that our AC had a leak and needed to be replaced. We decided to get another company to check on it and they found no leak and we moved onto that company. 2 summers later and the AC is still running perfectly. At my mom's building the general consensus among the residents is that you shouldn't use them as they're kind of suspect.

We had the pleasure of meeting Dr HVAC's technician Steven Berry today for the inspection&demonstration of how the gas remote control fire place that we got from the previous house owner. His professionalism, patience and knowledge on the system and overall has truly impressive us. Also he wears the mask, with the safety boots wraps nicely up. Prior to the arrival of Steven, Dr HVAC has sent us a text message with brief detail of the information on Steven Berry with all of his background information. At the end of the visit, we are happily to sign up for the membership service that the Dr HVAC provides.

Paul and his team are great, we bought a Weber BBQ 2 years ago, then did our entire heating and cooling system with them about a year later. Yesterday they repaired our fireplace and we couldn't be happier. We buy local as often as possible and we have always found Paul and team to be fair, professional and excellent attention to detail! Excellent customer service from start to finish. After receiving several quotes we went with Appleby because only required changes were suggested at very competitive prices. Another company tried to oversell and overprice. Appleby even told us about an extra incentive rebate not made available to us from another company. Byron’s experience and suggestions gave Appleby a competitive advantage. The installation team were professional. The work site was left exceptionally clean. They accommodated our unique workday needs. All follow up questions were answered very quickly. We are glad we stayed local.Mauro

We just had our AC fixed. It required multiple visits because there were multiple issues. We were charged only once though since we have a monthly service contract. The technician, Kurtis, was very knowledgeable and successful at diagnosing and fixing a set of complex problems.There was concern we'd have to replace the main board of the furnace. Thankfully it was a couple parts that cost less than half what a circuit board would have been.

Byron came and quoted us a new fireplace in our century home. He was great to work with and even met us another time to answer more questions. Joe and Andre came and install a beauty new fireplace. They really did a wonderful job. They were very tidy and really helped walk me through the process. Highly recommend.
