Dylan really was a dream to work with when buying my first bike today! I generally had an idea of what I wanted, and the price I wanted to stick to. Not once did he try to up-sell me, in fact he suggested I try cheaper bike too! Dylan explained the mechanics, specs, what to look for with fit and feel. I tested out three bikes and left with one I'm so excited about! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you Dylan and Dream Cyclery for your incredible customer service!

I had a great buying experience here. I went in looking for a specific bike and due to the pandemic- no luck. They showed me a bike similar to what I was looking for and Canadian made to boot! They are a very knowledgeable shop and have been very helpful and informative to me. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I am enjoying my Devinci guys! Thanks!

Great service. Brought my bike in thinking I needed chain rings. Long story short, I didn't, they diagnosed the issue properly, and saved me a bunch of money.

I came to Dream Cyclery to get my first good mountain bike. I thought I wanted a Marin but after test riding decided it wasnt for me. They were not only fine with me walking around the store for a good hour and a half trying to make up my mind but waited with me to answer any questions I had. I settled on a bike and since then any time I have a concern or want something adjusted, they're happy to help me out, and give me some advice on the bike if I have any questions. I have and will continue to bring my business here for their A+ service. Thank you!

Bought a Devinci bike a year ago and am loving it. I switch up the tires this year and bought a set for gravel, the staff was super helpful.

The dream cyclery Team took over a storefront located in Richmond Hill awhile ago, which is where I had given my bike to. However, unbeknownst to me they had sent my bike over to this location. I was NOT pleased about that, however Dillon/Dylan (I hope I've got one of those right) really came through for me. I owe him many thanks and continued business for always picking up my phone calls, being super thorough in repairing my bike and keeping realistic and honest time lines with me. My bike rides great, thank you! While it is a trek for me to come here, I'll do so when I can because dillon/Dylan handled everything about my experience so well, even when I was frustrated. He never lied, never mislead me and always offered an unbiased opinion. You deserve a raise, and thank you for the meticulous work.

I'm riding my bike across the country and stopped in for a brake adjustment today on my way through Peterborough. Linus not only helped me immediately, but he was also very competent, kind and generous. Awesome little shop!

This was a great experience. Ended up getting myself a Devinci Marshall. They were completely transparent through the entire process and always reachable for questions by phone, email and Facebook messenger.Being that this was my first full suspension bike, Dylan took lots of time with me to help set up the suspension and explain how it all works and why he was setting what he was setting. It was very much appreciated.If you're looking for a good Bike shop, I would highly recommend.

Man in the store was very passionate about the business. If you want to get serious about biking, definitely visit this place for advice on products, performance, or general information. Talking to someone who is knowledgeable and passionate definitely builds the hype of wanting to bike. Planning to rent some bikes in the future hopefully!

Went to go look to buy a bike and due to the pandemic they are not letting people look around in their store... how are supposed to buy from them if you can't look at what products they offer?Reply to comment belowWe were in the market to buy a bike ( bought elsewhere). We were told we were not allowed to look at the products they offer. How can you buy something if you can't look? For the safety protocols that you are referring to was after when businesses were allowed to reopen limiting the patrons inside a business ( we were the only customers in the store) if you didn't want customers in the store then the sign should of said closed. Oh and for the Amazon remark thanks for eavesdropping into my partners and my conversation considering what was actually said I seen those on amazon" referring to the bike gloves that we of purchasedFrom Amazon. Yes my partner did swear ( wouldn't you be upset when you get kicked of a store that were wanting to invest your money in a product that you offering?) I will continue or business else where where I can look at the product that I want to buy"
