Dr. Laura Mills
Dr. Laura Mills: who lived on Vancouver Island and was often hired by MCFD, is not to be trusted. Dr. Laura Mills is not impartial, she does not look out for the best interests of the child and family, but rather she is a hired hack and puppet, slanting her reports in favour of whomever hires her. Run!!!
