Trailer was there ready to go when I arrived and everything was in order so out of there smoothly. Drop off was simple as well. They are always ready to help if any questions and made sure I got the right sized trailer for what I needed.

Ancaster Mini Storage and U-Haul
When my Mom passed away I needed a storage locker ASAP to move her things out of the retirement home and JD was most accommodating regarding my needs. Then my family decided to relocate away from Hamilton we needed a slightly larger unit to prepare for the move and again JD made that happen for us. We also purchased some moving supplies as well. They were helpful and returned calls promptly. Our large moving truck had no problem navigating in and around the site to pick up our things. Thanks so much!!Bonnie Donaghey

We have dealt with the fantastic staff and facility at Ancaster Mini Storage for the last 4 years. They are very communicative and helpful in a timely manner when ever we have had questions or needed help. The facility is nice, clean and easy to navigate. I highly recommend using Ancaster Mini Storage for any storage needs you have.

I was very happy with Ancaster Mini Storage. The staff were very helpful and efficient. It was very convenient to have the U-Haul pick-up and drop-off at the same location as the storage locker. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again.

I had to put my household contents into storage and had a difficult experience with the movers, but JD at Ancaster Mini Storage was a breath of fresh air! Proactive and helpful. Highly recommended.I also had to rent a U-Haul truck and JD was very helpful with that

We needed a short term storage unit to get our home ready for moving. I was fortunate enough to locate J.D @ Ancaster Mini Storage and they had exactly what I required. Dealing with J.D was easy and he was able to set me up quickly. Unit was clean and dry, no issues at all. There is 24 hour a day access through the pass card system. I didn't require any packing materials so can't comment on those. Highly recommended for storage.

Under duress, from the passing of parents, I rented a unit at this Ancaster facility. JD, the representative, was amazing. He helped with selecting the correct size storage unit and made no attempt to upsell to something I didn’t need. He showed compassion and understanding and was so helpful. This journey has come to a close, but I’d have no qualms renting here again. Thank you.
