Tom Fox is very knowledgeable with regards to the real estate market and provides a comprehensive evaluation of the property using current market conditions, realistic comparables, quality of construction and workmanship, location and special features. I was told by multiple realtors they have gone downhill over the past few years and known for lowballing. My mortgage company requested to use them. Had a gut feeling this was going to be a huge mistake. I'd personally request a different appraisal firm if possible if I were you! Don't waste your time or money.
