Dr. Fioroni is an amazing doctor, and our kids love her. We as a family feel lucky to have her, but if she wasn’t so great we would leave as her receptionist who’s been with her for years is one rude, cranky person. I don’t know if she hates her life, but it seems she enjoys the power trip on people/patients. There’s common decency when talking to other human beings which she lacks, to which if her job is so dissatisfying she should quit as quality of life should be the highest priority. That is why I believe she actually enjoys the power trip and being rude to people bc we only tolerate it bc Dr. Fiorini is so amazing.

We have had a great experience with Dr.Fiorini herself but the way her office operates is terrible. First of all the receptionists never answer the phone. Secondly, whenever we had an appointment we had to wait around 1 hour. It’s very difficult to wait there with a little baby!!! Thirdly, the receptionists are so rude! Also, they don’t offer phone/virtual appointments and you see all extremely sick kids there waiting in the office

We are so lucky to have Dr Fiorini look after our two daughters. Dr Fiorini is very patient, caring and thorough in her assessments and recommendations. She has given us great advice throughout the years. During the pandemic the doctor would always call within the same day if I sent an email with any questions pertaining to our newborn. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her! I have never been left worrying about my kids, as I could always get advice from Dr Fiorini!

Terrible office. Never answer the phone. Due to high volume of calls we may return your call in 3 business days!" and then there is not even n option to leave a VM until you finish listening a music for 10 minutes .I have been with Dr Fiorini since 2013 and have never seen this office having "large volume of calls" while waiting for hours in the waiting area. How about organizing your work in a way creating an atmosphere of respect to taxpayers/busy parents?"

Dr. Rick has been our children's pediatrician since birth, going on almost 9 years. While it is true that during periods of time, there have been extra long wait times, and the receptionist may benefit from a personality adjustment - we deal with it because Dr. Rick is a very educated, knowledgeable and highly skilled doctor. The main priority is our children's health and through the years of seeing him, he has established that trust. He has an eccentric & unique personality, his humour is sarcastic and he does not have a filter. His concern is not you or your feelings - he will tell you things straight up , like it or not - he does not sugar-coat anything. His priority is the children's health and well-being. He is very good with children. He speaks to them, jokes with them and my children are not scared or threatened by him at all. In fact, they find him pretty funny. From the negative comments on this site, it seems like it's just the parents who feel entitled to be treated in some sort of way by him and are disappointed when they are not. Imagine having to treat the number of kids a day that he sees AND being expected to deal with the sensitivities of all of these parents! I don't think anyone could be paid that much.

Dr.Fiorini is great.As other people said, receptionists are very rude. She never really smiles nor answers kindly. I can’t understand how she can keep the job after all this negative reviews about her service.Managing their office is terrible.Waiting time is 1-2hours every time I go. They never answer the phone, seriously NEVER.

Dr. MacDonald is amazing. He is highly professional and has the best sense of humor. However, I have to give only 4 stars because of the long waiting in the hall even when you have booked an appointment (last time we was waiting 1.5 hours).

Dr McDonald is great but the receptionist is awful rude and uncaring. Waited for over an hour and I was the only one left in the room people had come and gone and I was still there waiting. Once I asked how much longer she just said “im next” then proceeded to wait another 20 min and again was told I was next. My appt was for 11am and I got there at 10:45 and left at 12 to get my son back in o school Had to leave before being seen as my son had to write an exam for school. Took time off work myself. The office should really consider hiring a new staff for the front desk. I’ve seen many reviews and clearly not the only one who has an issue with this. Sad to see when the two doctors are amazing.

Dr. MacDonald is so knowledgeable and truly wants the best for his patients. I trust him with everything for my kids. We are so lucky to have him.

Dr. Fiorini herself is great but the receptionist is awful. She is extremely rude and never answers the phone. Over the past couple of years that Dr.Fiorini has been our pediatrician, never once has the receptionist answered the phone. Many times I've had to see our GP instead of Dr. Fiorini's office to get medical help quickly because no one would pick up the phone.
