Barbie LeRoux. I have so many amazing things to say here. Barb went above and beyond and expectations we had. My wife and I were told about Barb by a good friend who had her as their realtor. They loved her! I see why. Barb listened to what we wanted in a new home and worked it hard! She took us to so many homes when we drove up from the coast. There was one home we were not to interested in but Barb said “could be just bad pictures” on the listing. So we listened and went off to see it. Turns out it’s our new home. She again was right. Barbie is not only a great realtor but I call her a good friend now. As a realtor, she is very good! Amazing. She knew so much especially about all the areas in the North Okanagan. When making a deal on the home, she also went above and beyond. There were so many little things we did not even think about. Barb handled it all for us. Throughout the entire experience, Barb made it easy and enjoyable. When I would call from the coast to talk to her she was always so prompt.Again I could go on with more and more. My experience with having Barbie as my agent has been amazing.. I would highly recommend her, as having an agent is so crucial for the possibility of a transaction not always going as smoothly as we hope. Its far better to have an agent representing you as a 1. Buffer between the two parties, 2. As someone that works for you, and oversees any potential problems. 3. To assure that your requests are voiced and accomplished.
