I came here for 2 concerts and both times nice. There’s some venues where it feels like you’re being packed like sardines but for both times I visited, there was enough room to not feel crowded and squished. It could get a hot however, that’s expected when you have large crowds. You’re able to get water at the bar so it works out

First time back since the MOD club. Good venue with plenty of good places to view any show from. Not too big not too small. Deceptively loud for the Mampi Swift show.I'll be back.

I love The Axis Club and how intimate this venue is. The sound could use a little work here and there, but nothing that can't be fixed with a bit of tweaking. Enjoyed my concert and loved how close I felt to the stage. Good security, drinks were decent and fairly priced, and merchandise is close to the door for easy access before and after the show.

i am a promoter who rented Axis last night for our E!NCORE" dance music event. Right from the start the management and staff were friendly

This is a great intimate venue to go to in the city! The changes from the Mod Club make it seem cozier and upgraded. The balcony on the left side of the room is the hidden secret though as it’s the best vantage point to see the show at. Get there a bit early and snag a spot at the balcony railing and you will be just as close as being on the floor without the feeling of being packed in!

Small venue and the stage is high enough you can see the artists preforming from pretty far back (even if your short like me and no one tall gets in front of you). Getting in was fast and efficient which I was thankful for.

Went for Shaun’s concert he was phenomenal but he seemed to have run into issues multiple times. the instruments weren’t properly tuned in. He still didnt let it get in the way of his performance. Its a decent sized venue centrally located in terms of transit etc. Lights and sounds were good had a good evening overall :)

Came here on a Saturday night for Nurko. Thankfully there was no wait to get inside and pass through security. It was quite the walk downstairs to the washrooms. They gave free cups of water, which was great. Venue was really hot and unfortunately a sweat factory. As for the sound, I felt like it was quiet and could have been louder. There's a lack of bass.I think this place makes a better venue for a live concert rather than an EDM event.

Pretty sure I knew this place as Mod Club" but hey its a different atmosphere and different vibe. It's always nice to have a venue that accompany a good concert (why I went) & not only are there snacks at the bar *wink *wink* there's a memory for you and everyone else. I mean it's a little on the small side

Great concert venue. I was really impressed with the environment. Friendly and professional staff. It didn't get overly hot or hard to breathe with a packed house. Drinks and washrooms are available as well as seating and an upper floor balcony. My only criticism is that there are no vocal monitors in the center stage, so if you are close to the stage, you barely hear the singers vocals. There should be some vocal speakers hanging from the ceiling at the very front of the stage so everyone in the audience gets a good sound mix. Other than that lots of fun and a great night out thanks Axis.
