Matt and his whole team are nothing but amazing. I’ve gone in a few different times for issues related to cell phones and laptops and every time the fix has been easy, painless and inexpensive. Recently I was looking to upgrade my storage on my PC and Matt was able to advise that a local store had the product in stock and we were able to get my issue resolved within a matter of an hour. I would strongly recommend anybody with tech issues to go and see Matt and his team.

I had received a replacement cellular internet hub from Bell that had a damaged tray for the SIM card. I had put the card in but it went into the casing of the machine and was useless. The Bell Store could not help me. They directed me to Matt Carr Repair. Within minutes I was helped and the SIM card was in the right place. Matt and his staff were amazing. Excellent service! I highly recommend. Thank you Matt Carr and staff!

I left my steam deck with them and told them the problem. They fixed it. I asked if they had a game in stock, they didn't.Next day I show up for my steam deck, they have FEAR for 360 ready for me to purchase(which I asked for when I dropped off my Steamdeck)!!I highly recommend this shop for repairs, browsing, and actually purchasing. I might just even go back to scoop up those GameCube games they have in stock.
