Mac Outpost

I have owned an IMAC for a number of years. In 2022 I took my IMAC in for service at Mac Outpost and they had my unit ready to be picked up by the end of the following day. I will always take my IMAC in for service at this location simply because of the 'trust' I have with their management/employees and their honesty. I rate them # 1 from my viewpoint.

If you’re looking for true 5 star computer service this is where you need to go! Gavin and Scott were great to deal with and had us on our way quickly! Thanks guys!!!

A small piece of metal on my IPAD charger broke off in my IPAD. I could not use it and I took it Mac Outpost. With in a few minutes it was fixed and working. When I asked what was the cost he told me “no charge it is part of our customer service “. I can’t say enough about this local business. We will be back in the future when we are looking for a new computer.Thank you so much

Do not go to this one!!! I’ve been here twice. The first time they just told us they are not able to fix my fiend’s phone. This time they told us all they can do is just to help us to email my product to the repairment center. So what’s the difference for me to mail the product by myself? It’s really ridiculous. Sounds like they only sell things and do not offer any help or service. If you have any chance to go the other Apple Store, go to another one!! like the one in Mason, which is way better than this horrible place!!!

My phone mysteriously wouldn’t turn on and I happened to realize this in the middle of the night. Luckily, I was able to secure an early morning next day appointment with Mac Outpost. Within moments, Jack completely solved the issue and got my phone back up and running. These guys are good!

My computer stopped working and I brought it to the Mac Outpost. Fortunately, the problem was a quick fix (my fault). Service was excellent. It is a much more pleasant experience than going to the Apple store, which I dread. I will definitely return if and when I have another Mac problem.

I had one of my keys on my macbook keyboard pop off and they were able to fix it in 5 minutes and it was completely free. Thank you to Gavin for fixing it! Amazing service, will be revisiting again if needed.

Exception service! Scott was amazing helping to troubleshoot my MacBook which suddenly stopped working that day. He spent time to try a few options before having to leave it for service, and he was able to get it back and running (thank you, Scott!). He gave great advice and I haven’t had any issues since (it’s been 2 weeks). I booked online on Apple’s website for service and got a same day appointment as well. The shop is great, convenient location with free parking and I time to check out inventory which had good selection of refurbished Apple products and new accessories. All in all a great spot and I’ll definitely be back again. Thanks so much!

This guy was so nice and knew what he was doing! Charger wasn’t going in the port and he fixed it within seconds and charged me nothing…called it customer support. Thanks again buddy!
