I haven't visited their new location, but I did have a great experience at their old place. The staff were friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the guns and items.

After going to a local gta airsoft shop to have my guns range improved. I payed and didn't see any results. I ended up passing by Steve shop and spoke with him about my situation. He made me feel very comfortable with bringing my gun to be overhauled. Which I did. Even though my drive to his shop was over an hour. I can't beleive my level of satisfaction with the work that was done to my gun. I used it a few days after I got my gun and was performing extremely well I was dominating the field for most of the day. They even did extra work that was not even part of the overhaul just some fine tuning to attachment. Great store and team. Thank you very much Steve and staff.

I got sold a top grade airsoft for $750. When I brought it home to use it, both the battery and charger were broken in the box. I brought it back after I looked at it. Now it isn't considered under warranty or anything​. But I was literally sold a broken gun. They should take responsibility for their product. This is upsetting.

The owner Steve is a great guy. Fair prices and very helpful. Highly recommend checking out the store if you're into paintball or airsoft!

Scammed me out of $500-600 4 years backBuying my first gun they gave me a deal of not paying taxes which I did not know meant I did not get a recipt. Gun was broken badly, gone back to get it fixed and they literally broke it further. They refused to accept the gun back because I did not have that recipt.-5/10, will take a young navie people to scamWish I could sue the store but I have no proof

Have been dealing with Steve at Black Widow for many years now and has always gone out of his way to make things right. Would highly recommend his services to anybody in need of either Paintball or Airsoft services.

Knowledgeable friendly staff... Great little shop that probably has anything your looking for... I only met the son but I could most likely talk the poor guys ear off all day
