Participated in XO Auctions three times. Every time it was a positive experience when it came to merchandise that I have won. Third time I qualified for free delivery which came in handy because -among other items- I have won 10 wooden folding chairs. Roy contacted me as soon as I paid and delivered right away (which was the next day after auction concluded). Very kind service:). The same with pick-up - they are very flexible and pick-up was a breeze.

Avoid this auction house at all costs. Purchased rare vintage records in a winter auction they were all damaged and unplayable.

Worst customer service and they lie.Cash payment was allowed during bidding, then upon pick up they berate you on the phone for not reading the terms. it's listed 18 times only credit card"They also ignore your phone calls when you go to pick up. I was the only one in the lot but it took 6 phone calls."

This is by far the best auction around,quality items and the best service around , the staff is really easy going, pleasant and can't say how they are dealing with a problem. Never had one and I've dealt with some other auctions and that's all they are ,one issue after another. If I winsomething I go in . Everything is ready, never had any lost or broken items. I pay either online or pay cash when I'm picking it up,actually they even delivered a few times. I've done auction for a long time and this is levels above any of the other!
