turn around time has been slower than usual due to covid but otherwise have always been happy with the work they do and the quality of the work. really other than the fact it's been a bit slower lately they do a great job.

I was very disappointed in the service I received from this companyI brought four sawblades in for sharpening when I put them on my saws they have not done a very quality job of sharpening themReturned them so they could re-sharpen them I was told I was using them in properly and that they would not sharpen the blades because of thatEven if I was improperly using them they should’ve still re-sharpened them as they did charge me for it and offered me no refundI would suggest not using this company if you’re expecting good customer service
