Called in to see what they had for promotions on a new Stihl chain saw. They let me know a few different options on the phone with pricing and options as I am completely oblivious to chainsaw knowledge. Was able to come down and had the chainsaw I wanted filled up, quick tutorial on it and all the accessories I needed all at a great price. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Glad I went local and will continue to come back!

I emailed about a month ago to inquire about renting a skid steer auger attachment, never heard back, I will give benefit of the doubt, business were closed due to Covid (that's why I emailed). Today, I called and spoke to a staff member, not very friendly or informative. I did get the price and asked questions about the credit card holds (or no hold, whatever), price breakdown and availability, all I was told, sometime next week. So helpful

I made a general inquiry regarding rental of equipment for a major upcoming construction project . The person who answered the phone was rude , abrupt , and my call was terminated. They presented as being too busy to provide any service whatsoever. Upon further investigation of other customers reviews/ experience it was obvious this was the wrong business to rely on for productiveness of any sort. Perhaps they are better suited filling up propane bottles for celebratory weekend barbecues , that is , if their propane dispensing unit is working . I will take my business elsewhere and suggest the same for anyone.
