The front desk administrator is in the wrong job. She is not friendly, not helpful and obviously hates her job. For a practice that deals with individuals who have heart issues she creates stress, anxiety and confusion. This type of practice needs someone who has the ability to be compassionate and some patience when dealing with human beings!

This is one of the worst cardiologist clinic in Canada. From reception to doctor no one care about patient.Do yourself a favour and find another clinic if you want to treat yourself.

You can never reach them by phone, Receptionist isn't friendly. None of the staff seem to be. I had a holter put on they knew it was my first one ever they gave me zero instruction and when I had question's I couldn't reach them. You need to provide 24 hrs notice of cancellation otherwise charged but you CANNOT reach the office because they NEVER answer and their voice mail is ALWAYS full. Extremely frustrating

I am going to ask my doctor for a referral to see someone else.I also find I can’t getThrough even to voicemail sometimes. My appointments have always been every 6 mos and he changed it to once a year after my second d heart attack. Receptionists very cold and rude even. He seems to know his stuff but has too many patients and seems to care more about making money than his actual patients. I asked to get in and wasRudely told I needed a referral from my family doctor! SeriouslyWhen this guy is supposed to be my cardiologist. Time to find an office who cares about people.

Voicemail is full after calling multiple times after 3 weeks

If I could give a zero, I would. We had the distinct misfortune of being referred to this Dr. by Lakeridge Hospital in Bowmanville after an ER visit.I would agree with the review that this Dr. cares nothing for his patients.My 91 year old INFIRM father, who is 6'4 and 250+lbs was required to have a 2 wk halter monitor. As it is so difficult for even 2 people to move him (plus a 30 min car ride in either direction)

This doctor don’t care about patients and just care about his money. All 1 star reviews are true about them.I was given 7 days holter monitor. I used it 3 hours and removed it as I got skin rash with their old disgusting equipment. I returned it 8th day and mentioned clearly on paper that I removed it after 3 hours due to rash.Had a phone appointment with doctor after that already scheduled and doctor said holter monitor report is perfectly fine. I asked him to double check that all 7 days is fine and he said yes absolutely.That shows their level of competence and how much they care.Next time you get a holter monitor then don’t use it and doctor will still say everything is good lolI have immediately changed my doctor as this clinic is a joke.

The doc knows his stuff and when it comes to your health, that's all that matters.

We have been trying to call for 3 weeks. No possible way to get through, voicemail full-always! But phone system says to talk to someone, please continue to wait- after 30 minutes still no one.Based on this and the terrible reviews- we got a new referral. Can't find an email or fax number to let them know we are cancelling appointment.

got appointment today at 12:30 noon- the clinic was empty and abandoned; not a soul inside. i left after 15 minutes and will have to find a decent clinic. clinic feels and smells unsanitary.
