Delicious!!! Ordered through Uber Eats and the cupcakes were super fresh and nicely decorated :)

So far I have not been disappointed, I ordered many times cakes and cupcakes and there were always up to my expectations!Minor issues are handled straight away, the staff is always smiling and friendly!It’s super easy to order online, you can even order for the next day!Love it!

Order was on time, no billing mistakes, but the cupcakes were not good. I ordered from les glaciers since I remembered their cupcakes were delicious and looked good, but the taste and texture are no longer what they used to be. They still looked good (although maybe smaller?) but the frosting was too sugary and commercial and the was cake dry and felt a bit stale. Such a shame.

I ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday. I did my order at the store, then I sent a follow-up email to confirm the order and I called 2 days before to make sure the order would be ready on time. Well the morning of my son’s birthday, my order was forgotten. Not only did we had to wait for 45 minutes to get the cupcakes done, but they were also rushed and were not looking good. On top of that, the taste was bad. I do not recommend.

Wedding Cake ... ordered and prepaid a two tiered wedding cake. One tier red velvet and the other vanilla. The cake was beautiful but they made a error and it was all red velvet. The top tier was eaten but the bottom only sliced when it was red velvet. I called the next day and was told to talk to manger Melissa the following week. She acknowleged the error and offered me 6 vanilla cupcakes I told her that wa unsatisfactory. She said she would write a letter to headofficeto see what could be done, no reply. I contacted headoffice myself to speak to MariePierre, she was busy and did not take phone call, only a message was left with french girl, without response. In all fairness I was not asking for cake to be completely refunded, but a gift card the value of bottom cake, which would have been more then fair.Yes I still have the cake in my freezer,I guess I will have to go to small claims court to rectify the situation. THANK-YOU FOR SPOILING OUR VERY SPECIAL DAY.. your customer service is a big 0...it blows my mind you acknowed error that was made and offered 6 plain vanilla cupcakes.....julie

We ordered a cake for our son's birthday and were very upset with the results. It was just sugar. Normally, kids love cakes, but this one, they didn't eat.

A friend and I decided to head to Brossard for a weekend of shopping intending on leaving with a couple boxes of cupcakes.We fully expected that the store would be fully stocked by the time they opened at 10 but when we walked in everything was empty and they had barely any selection ready.My friend and I excepted to have a larger variety since the website states as much but there were only 5 flavours and some looked to be from the day before.I purchased 4 they were good but I don’t know if next time we come visit I will be stopping in as it was disappointing.

What happened? Not sure if it's just this location, but pre-covid the cupcakes were much bigger, and tasted a lot better. The cupcake was really dry and the taste was average. Honestly, it was at the same level as homemade cupcakes with a premade mix from the dollar store...really disappointed. $22 for half a dozen of these imitation dollarstore cupcakes is not worth the money...

I placed a large order with Les Glaceurs for mini cupcakes for my wedding. Everything was super easy, from being able to review the different cupcake options online, to being able to place the order online as well. Pricing was competitive. Pick-up was quick and everything was ready for me when I arrived. Not to mention how tasty everything was. I would definitely place another order in the future :)

I ordered six cupcakes and they were delicious. I strongly recommend ordering online as there are less choices in the store.
