Vince and the team did not disappoint. They were able to squeeze our car in for a brakes and new tires and finished the job ahead of schedule. Price was very fair and Vince was open and honest about everything. Highly recommend Vince’s shop to anyone.

Amazing service, honest and transparent work, totally recommend. Vince was totally upfront with the work and the cost, making sure to include costs he thought might be needed, but ended up not being needed, so our total bill was lower than the quote, which was a big relief. He pulled through and got the repairs done quicker to because of fortunate circumstances, so he won't just sit on your car and do nothing.

I've been taking my vehicles to Vince for several years. He is as honest as they come and also very community minded being on the board of Strathcona Christmas Bureau for decades. He only does the work that is really necessary but lets you know what else will soon need attention so it's not a surprise later. Just one example: when my wife complained that her brakes were squeaking I took her car in for a brake job. Vince said there could have been dirt or something got in there to cause the noise, but all the brakes still had a decent amount of life left and didn't need replacing yet. Try to find another mechanic who is that honest!

Helped me SO much with my car issues. I broke down before xmas and got my car towed here during the cold snap. I wasnt able to pick it up until New Years and the team at vinces auto shop not only fixed my car but would plug it in and start it up frequently for me. Really reccomend!

I have had repair work done at Vince's Auto numerous times and have been very pleased with the work done by his staff. Most recently, in March 2019, I dropped by Vince's to tell him that my 2001 Infinity was not starting on the first turn of the ignition key so I thought the car needed a tune up, change spark plugs, etc. My car had been sitting in the garage for three months after being away in California. Vince told me to put in a can of Sea Foam in the full tank of gas. The car has been running smoothly ever since. Thanks Vince for saving me a lot of money!Mas Okamura
