Am in Calgary from BC and had a tire go almost flat. After putting air in it I went to the nearest Kal Tire and they fixed it for free! Huge thanks for fitting me in for the repair, and for the free fix!

Took an appointment online for winter tire change just one day ago (for 3:00 pm next day), got the email confirmation. They asked for credit card details but didn't change at the time of booking. I reached there at 3:04 and they just asked my last name to confirm appointment and my wheel lock key and took my car right away. Me and my wife waited there for an hour. There are washrooms and good sitting area and also you can see the workshop from sitting area. We got our car back at 4:02 so exactly one hour later (as they mentioned). Service was no doubt top notch. Wheels were torqued as specs and old tires were packed in plastic bags and stored in the back of my SUV. The guy at the reception was very polite and helpful.Overall my experience was really good hence five stars.

Terrible service. Very rude staff. Dropped off my vehicle told it would be a couple of hours. 5 and 1/2hrs later I was told that they might get yo it today. Waist of time

Huge thanks to Nathan who fixed the nail in our tire in a few seconds. Even though he was busy!! We didn’t even have to pay anything. Such a nice guy and good service!!

The Staff member was super helpful in ordering the Winter tires I wanted (from BC), applying the sale price, storing for next Winter, and changing over to my All Seasons. My appointment took one hour!!! Thank you!

These guys are awesome. I was told by two other places I needed new front tires as mine couldn't be repaired so I went to Kal Tire with an appointment to get new tires and change out my winter tires and once they'd had a look at my tires they were honest and ended up saving me hundreds by repairing my tires. I really value their integrity and will definitely be taking my business there again.
