The place to go on my way to the library. Thank you for the great service. Keep it up. Oct 31 Monday, having sandwich and coffee. Thank you as always. You guys are awesome. Depending where I need to go, my usual Tims to go are Northgate and Cityplace and service is exemplary. Much better than the one in Portage across the Belgian Credit Union.Nov 23, woke up early 6:48 a.m., Stull getting over a cough and decided to go to Tim's. Thank you for my breakfast. You guys are awesome.

I come here every week, twice a week. Every single time, the staff are so RUDE. If you hate it that much leave. You are constantly out of sleeves and now you're charging money for cups. These coffees are HOT!

this place have the worst customer service ever especially the Indians employers their very rude and arrogant I ask my bagel to be double toast and they give me without proper toast and when I return it they always argue and complains Tim Horton needs to do better with their employer teach them people skill and know customer is always right

Edit to highlight Robins Donuts as having much better and also slightly larger doughnuts.Why does this always happen to my doughnut? This is the worst thing that can happen to a doughnut and everytime I decide I really want a doughnut I end up having to scrape the top off the inside of the bag and just regret ever getting it.

Closed at 6pm but doesn’t serve ‘food’ at 5:15?Wanted a sandwich for supper…not a donut!! Should post what time you stop serving anything but leftover donuts and expired coffee. Boycotting this location

The staff here are absolutely lovely, helpful and just extremely joyful!They answer questions before they're even asked!Always have a smile on their face (unless it is super busy! They need to keep their gameface on!!)I usually come here to get coffee, but I decided to try the egg white and spinach Omelette bites in an employee's recommendation - WHICH we're absolutely delicious!I HOPE these omelette bites stay because I will be back.

This locations iced coffee is some of the worst. Instead of just pouring hot coffee over a small portion of ice, you should let the customer know that is what they have to do. I shouldn't be paying extra for an iced coffee when it's not even an iced coffee. Also when I went back to get another iced coffee, I asked the worker, I remember her name if the owner would like to reach out, if she just poured hit coffee over ice again and she replied I don't know" and then just walked away like she didn't just make the drink. Most of the workers are normally good
