I have been going to Dr Petropolis for my entire life. He is the best! Kind and truly interested in helping, without any pressure or surprising expenses. Wonderful staff.

Calming. Very friendly people. Strait to the point. If you have problems they fix them to the best of their ability. Was there today to have a cleaning done after 2 weeks of having a impacted wisdom. No discomfort...in and out no complaints.

I've been seeing Dr. Petropolis ever since I was old enough to see a dentist. He's done a great deal of work to my teeth and I've never had a bad experience. Gentle, nearly painless and always in a good mood, if there's a dentist out there you want to go see, it's him.

Dr Petropolis and his dental hygienist (Jamie) are the best in the business. My family and I left our former dentist many years ago (largely due to repeated hack jobs from other hygienists), and went to Dr P based on a friend's recommendation. We have not looked back and highly recommend this clinic to anyone. The only drawback is that parking is street parking and we usually have to park a couple blocks away from the clinic.

So I tried to go to the dentist today and found out they canceled it. When I asked why? I was told that I didn’t answer my phone. I was also told that I needed a 24 hr. notice. They said I didn’t answer yesterday for a briefing. I said you didn’t call until this morning and you never needed this before and you didn’t call yesterday any way. I said you may have called this morning but you didn’t leave a message there was just the missed call logs. After I checked my phone records this is true. The receptionist seemed to take offence to this for some reason. So my next question was can I make another appointment to replace this one and was promptly told I have one next week. I said yes but I need to replace this one and if possible before the next one. She said you have one next week. I said but that didn’t answer my question and asked if there was one before the next one to replace this one again. She looked at me cross and I was told to leave the office. I couldn’t believe my ears. I said really you don’t want my business just so you don’t have to answer my question? I was told sternly to leave the office. So I left.I wonder now if all my appointments are canceled or just that one. I wonder why this went down that way. I was polite never rude or crass, didn’t raise my voice. So I also wonder if the dentist are aware of this type of behavior from their receptionist. I had legit questions and got no answers. I do know that this is not the way I run my business, nor most companies. So I would give a negative rating here at this point and warn people to be ware this kind of thing does go on.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in a decade my teeth were in need of help and help is what I got. Friendly, upbeat staff. Dr P and his hygienist were so comforting that I’m about to make another appointment. Something I have avoided doing since university. 100% would recommend.

This was my first appointment with this clinic and my first visit to the dentist in several years. My current dental health is very poor, from years of neglecting my health. I must say, the staff at this clinic is amazing, compassionate and gentle. They were empathetic to my apprihensions and anxiety. I just cant say enough good things about the hygienist and dentist both!

I got two wisdom teeth pulled by Dr Chris Petropolis. N he did he best work love him n I would recommend going back in the future if I need more work in my mouth also for other ppl to go to him best denist I ever delt with
