In the first half of this year we had an unusual property (zoned residential and commercial) to sell in Toronto at a very unusual time. The market had gone crazy with the pandemic, and there was very little inventory to purchase from.Milli helped us with both our sell and purchase, she was always professional and her belief that she would find us our dream home was very reassuring. We had a laundry list of items that I really wanted in my new home and Milli worked really hard to find as many listings as she could that met them all. The house that we finally purchased met all our requirements and more. We are so thankful for Milli's help through this process. Buying or selling a house can be stressful but Milli made us feel confident with her knowledge and expertise. When buying a home with Milli we never felt pressured or rushed to buy and it was more about finding what we were looking for. We recently sold our home with Milli and she did a wonderful job on the staging and really creating a desirable home space that attracted so much attention!
