Service was great! Coffee was delicious. Only thing was the cakes. I got a lime and chocolate and the bottoms of both were so soggy with whatever they use to keep the cake moist. Great place overall

Newly opened cafe in Tsawwassen Mills near Shopper's and Saks OFF 5th. Clean and open seating. Definitely will go back again for the Strawberry Matcha Mousse Cake!

Great place for a my friends and I to sit and chill out. Love their cranberry chocolate mousse cake and their cinnamon buns are next level. It’s really good to know everything is made in house. Great coffee as well. This will definitely be my next go to cafe

Nice cozy place with pastries and coffee. The guy preparing the coffee was very nice and friendly. They girl in the cashier was less friendly but in general the experience was good. The decoration of the place is beautiful. Prices are not bad. Keep a good product and outstanding customer service and you will do very well.

Nice to try Cranberry Mousse Cakes, it was smooth, fluffy, and flavor from fresh cranberries. Staffs friendly, good customers service and nice, clean place for high tea.

What a wonderful little place. If your in Tmills definitely skip tims or starbucks for First Light. The coffee is good, the deserts delicious, and the atmosphere and service was wonderful. I'm in the mall all the time and this is the only coffee shop here for me now, even if I have to walk further than I used to, its worth the walk. I've been in several times now and its proven the quality is no fluke, its a feature of the business.

Great new cafe near the tsawwassen ferry. Delicious pastries, especially the cinnamon buns! Staff is exceptional and the coffee was smooth and tasty! Decor is really cute and chic too. One of my favourite cafes in Tsawwassen mills!

Nice little cafe with some decadent desserts, cookies and coffee. Tried the mochi bun, cookie and mousse. Strawberry Matcha mousse was the best, tart and not too sweet. Hoping they would provide more Asian buns, egg tarts and bubble waffles.

Came across this bakery when shopping at Tsawassen Mills. The decor is so cute and service is amazing! All the staff were so sweet and welcoming. The coffee was delicious and great paired with the sweets. Going to come back and try other cakes!
