Integra Tire and Auto Centre Whitecourt

We were travelling through with our RV and we had problems with our brakes. We received excellent service and were on our way within an hour. The staff was very pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Rudest Lady owner! The service was so horrible that she made me feel horrible. What an awfully terrible way to treat people. I suspect she chooses whom she wants to give good service to. Apparently not everyone. Judging by the other comments. I won't ever go back for any reason.

Was not impressed! I got a hitch installed, and although it was quick, they didn’t tell me they hadn’t done it before and charged more than they quoted and over $300 more than their competitor. They said it was cause it took them longer to learn. I told their competitor this and they agreed that learning is not something that should be charged to the customer.They installed the wiring so it was just zip-tied to the hitch, something that would damage the wires in quick order, and they installed the wrong electrical plug for a tent trailer (a 4way instead of a 7way). I did say what the hitch was for and someone who had done these before would have know what type was needed. In the end I had to pay someone else to get the wiring changed.I tried to get my transmission checked, and although the code checking was fairly quick, afterwards they tell me they don’t have the right tool to check the fluids to do a proper check.While I was waiting in the waiting room with my 1 yr old son, they had used batteries on the floor. The lady informs him not to touch them because they would eat away the skin on his hands, but then she didn’t proceed to move them. I was definitely watching him but a waiting room with kids toys is not a good place for used batteries.Overall I didn’t like their attitude either.

Travelled to Whitecourt from Hinton for service. Pam and Ted are both very personable. Their shop is well situated. It provides a water cooler, coffee , tea and snacks. Bathrooms are very clean. Our service was provided under very stressful circumstances. Pam and Ted were very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend Auto Pro.

If you need to have smart start installed DO NOT use auto pro (lntegra Tire and Auto Centre Whitecourt) There is a corporate installation company in the city that is better suited. Auto pro (Integra Tire and Auto Centre Whitecourt) is only a third party company and is privately responsible to any damage done to your vehicle during installation.Last year this company installed a smart start device into my vehicle. Immediately after installation my vehicle began having electrical problems and would randomly shut off including while I was highway driving in the middle of winter. I expressed my concerns and the owner assured me it had nothing to do with his installation. I tried for over a year to get them to at least check the wiring as I have never had these problems prior to the installation. After almost a year of complaining and vehicle trouble my vehicle finally seized up. The body control module is fried as well as the starter, alternator, battery, and who knows what else. Another mechanic told me it was all do to faulty wiring. I have since learned that Autopro has insurance for things like this, but that would mean they would have to take fault and the owners ego is way too larger for that. The entire staff is rude and if you're a none smoker and lover your fresh car smell dont bring it to auto pro as they smoke while working on your vehicle.Update. The owner from this company has gone to where my vehicle is currently being worked on and took parts without permission and refused to give them back. I also contacted them to resolve this issue and the owner only laughed and hung up on me.

Pam, Ted and Bronson are absolutely amazing. They got me on the road again when I had issues with my car. They all went above beyond and beyond to ensure I was safe on the road. I can not thank them enough for the thorough job that they did. Not only looking after my car but making sure I was OK while fixing my car. They followed up with me after with texts and calls making sure all was good. I would highly recommend this business.

Stopped in on my way through town to get my wheels retourqued. This is a free service offered by reputable tire shops for SAFETY reasons. I was met with attitude because I didn't get my wheels from them, which is so ridiculous because that's not even how it works, you should be able to take 3 minutes to retourque someone's tires, especially because you typically TRAVEL +/-100kms before getting them retourqued. We don't live in town, thus the reason I needed them done on my TRAVELS. You put wheels on vehicles that travel to other shops for this service too. It's common courtesy. The people at OK tire and KalTire in town have never given me grief like this.I have 2 work trucks that I'm currently looking to buy new tires for. Too bad you have too much business already. I certainly will never stop in here again.

Damaged a wheel stud on my vechile, there professional" tech said he couldn't get the nut to torque. When I went to talk was told basically to f off and get out of there store and wouldn't look at. Very ignorant owners if I could give them less then 1 star I would have."

So, I don’t normally write reviews but after the experience I had here I absolutely have to. So I was traveling from Edmonton to Grande Prairie and my smart start device started glitching out. In a panic, because I still had 3 hours left on my trip I googled if there was anywhere in Whitecourt that could help me with my issue. Luckily there was!So when I arrived I entered the business pleading my case explaining my situation. To my surprise I got a very cold response with little to no desire to even be bothered to help me. Confused I tried to, re-explain. The lady looked at me with annoyance. LONG story short, by the time I had gotten out of there I had been sworn at twice, told to shut up (while trying to explain what was wrong with my vehicle) I know this can be taken one of two ways, one being that I was a hard to deal with customer.. but in all fairness I was not. I have no idea why she was the way she was towards me and even asked if there was anyone else I could speak with considering she obviously didn’t like me. Anyways, probably the most inappropriate, embarrassing, crude experience I have ever endured.I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this location. Just terrible and unacceptable.

My husband an I were driving from Edmonton to Whitecourt when the front tire developed a leak. We went to two gas stations but there was no air hose to be found. By the time we got to Whitecourt, the tire was completely flat.My husband decided it was best to get the tire changed rather than look for an air pump. We found Integra Tire and spoke to Pam about our issue. She checked if the tires were in stock and when they weren't she took the time to call around and found them for us at Canadian Tire.The mechanic put on our emergency tire so we could drive to Canadian Tire to get the tires. After a inventory mix-up at Canadian Tire we were back to Integra Tire to get the tire replaced.Pam went above and beyond to help us out, she was absolutely wonderful!
