I just purchased Golf from Northwest Autohaus.Not easy to trust this days, specially when you buying used car. Under pandemic restriction I had even more stress, but because I needed car ASAP I took that risk.I bought car and I must admit I went to another garage for safety check.Guess what?I’m been told that ; Car is good condition and they did even more than safety check require .I’m happy and I giving Ben big credit!

The car is a 2014 and it could have just been given a basic dealership cleaning but the team at Northwest Autohaus went above and beyond. Fixed scratches, painted the calipers, and swapped rotors and pads. This a great VW/German car dealer and it definitely deserves the awards it’s gotten. I will definitely be back for my 4th VW.

Ben and his staff go above and beyond to provide great service and products. I bought a Jetta station wagon from Ben in April 2021. It's a great car and has served me well so far. Back in April, Ben helped me to install a roof rack after we finished our transaction. When it came time to put on my winter tires in December, I was unable to remove the tires. I called Ben and he said that he would do his best to help me. He and a staff member did just that. I so appreciated that he scheduled an appointment right away and he got right in there to work with his technician. It was 20 minutes that saved me a lot of time and worry. I highly recommend Ben and Northwest Autohaus.

Didn’t buy a car from them but they had a good selection of VWs if that’s what you’re looking for. Fair pricing.

I bought a beautiful Volkswagen Beetle from Ben in August. It is my first car and I've absolutely adored it. Ben made the entire experience seamless, and I was never pressured into buying anything, he left it all up to me! I recently came back to see him to get my wheel bearing replaced, and he found a nail in my tire that him and his mechanic quickly fixed up. They have been extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the last 4 months and I would recommend anyone to go see them and purchase a car. Amazing experience all around.

The dealership has a great collection of VW vehicles, but they offer pathetic customer service. We drove down from Etobicoke to Vaughn after speaking to Ben over the phone only to be disrespected. We inspected a VW Tiguan and were happy with the way it looked and wanted to take a test drive but we were told that people come here for a 'Joy Ride' and a test drive is avail able only after we pay a deposit, TBH his tone was condescending. Not sure who buys $18k worth of a pre-owned vehicle without a test drive in this economy.
