This studio by far has the best Zumba classes (I have tried Zumba at 7 other locations) . They have the best instructors who are extremely fun and energetic my favorite instructors are Silvi and Angi but every instructor they have is wonderful which is rare to find. The space provided is great with the perfect temperature at all times. You will really work up a sweat without even noticing that you are working out because its just so much fun.

This is a great place to work out, dance and sweat it out! I really love how the lights are turned off and there are disco lights so it seems like you are at a club just having fun. Some of the choreography is pretty hard, make sure you take a class that is appropriate to your level. A few times the zumba classes were too hard for me, and I'm a dancer.

This is the BEST place ever! People here are super friendly. Teachers are energetic and professional. Awesome people. Awesome music and atmosphere. Feel Happy every single class.

Being a very busy working mother of two, I have been struggling to find a way to get in a good workout after a long long day. Gym became boring and so routine. Started going to LFZ for about 3 weeks now and WOW!!! Not only is it a great cardio workout but it's LOT'S OF FUN!! Don't get discouraged by the first handful of classes as it takes time to learn all the routines and steps. Even though I am still learning, I feel comfortable in the environment. The lights are dimmed, there is strobe lights and you feel like you are dancing in a nightclub. The instructors are all soooooo talented!! They are amazing at what they do. I love how they are all from different backgrounds and have their own unique styles. The app they use to schedule classes is super convenient and easy to use. They often have trial memberships at a great discount for new members so you can try various classes and instructors and see what you like best. To add the cherry on the top, you can bring your child or children with you to either join in on the fun or play in the kids section they have set up right by the dance floor so you can get in your exercise without having to find a babysitter or pay childcare drop-in fees. Super friendly and helpful staff. Overall I give this place a 10/10 and highly recommend to check it out.

Such a fun class and GREAT teacher! The class was full, the energy was high and Silvi, the instructor is a talented dancer. I bought the new member 2 week unlimited deal and can't wait to go back tomorrow! I definitely recommend this place!

I always attend their Body Toning class, and it was really nice. Particularly, Silvi's class is very energetic and enjoyable.

When LFZ first opened I really liked the classes with Ivy & Silvi and when Marisol joined the team it was the perfect trio of Mexican instructors who each brought their own flavour and latin dance moves. Now unfortunately it is very low quality starter instructors, Ivy is gone and Marisol doesn't teach enough classes and the rest of the instructors seem to be lacking skill, rhythm and the ability to interconnect with the students. I have tried all different times and all different days. I hope that the Zumba facility can get some more awesome Mexican teachers soon.
