Called Jason on a Sunday when a cable snapped. He was here first thing Monday morning. Less than 30 minutes later, the door is working again, quiet and moving as smooth as I've ever seen it.Very reasonably priced, highly professional, good local guy.

Awesome service! We enquired about fixing our garage door motor last night and he came this morning first thing and had it fixed within half an hour. Reasonable charge too. Weather was -42 with the windchill while he worked on that as well so we really appreciate this! Highly recommend!

Our garage door gave up the ghost on Sunday night and by Monday late afternoon we had a new system. Jay came over within half an hour of my call to take a look, replaced the broken spring there and then and returned later to replace the rest of the system. Jay was out to look at some problems with our garage doors the day after I called. I initially thought he would come and look and have to come back as we had three doors, all with separate issues, but Jay was able to fix all three in a couple of hours. I had a great experience with Jays Garage Door. I found him on Kijiji and was able to research the company via facebook, his website, and google reviews. Everything looked good so I contacted Jay directly via text message. Within minutes we had an appointment set up. He showed up on time and was polite and respectful. He diagnosed my issue and within minutes had provided me a quote. He said it would take about a half hour. It took a little bit longer (because I alerted him to another small issue I had). The door was fixed and is in working order now - better than it was before. He didn’t charge me extra for the little item I brought up. Thanks for that, Jay! Overall, it was exactly what I was hoping for. Jay seems to be exactly what is missing from today’s world.
