Brought a custom frame here for Emily, Sarah, and Hannah to work on. What lovely customer service - these young ladies were helpful, attentive courteous and it was reasonably priced! You're a credit to the store ladies - thank you!!

Has some stuff... I went there to pick up a bracelet kit but it didn't have it. It has almost every other bracelet kits. Disappointed because it's also a diy store.

Went to Michael's thinking they would have the best selection of wreaths and other outdoor Christmas decorations. Their seasonal section was picked over and looked more like the leftovers on Dec 23 (this was on Dec 3). What they did have was way overpriced and mostly tacky. Surprised and disappointed. Friendly service at cash made the experience better (I bought a couple of unrelated items), but overall I think Michael's needs to step it up.

I had a nice experience at the Stratford store. Cashier was friendly and helped with my return and purchase. I asked for assistance in the frame area and she took my to exactly what I needed.
