We bought our first investment property in Saint John and were looking for a long lasting relationship that we could build for when we continue to buy properties in the area. This was so that we can have someone manage them for us. She agreed to the project but when she came into the property I got two responses. This doesn't work for them because we wanted a list for us to fix the property and the other was that they were too busy. It's either one or the other. Now they lost any of our future business due to the lack of professionalism and relationship building skills.

Lived in a property managed by leading edge for almost 1.5 years. They are very responsive to tenant concerns and good landlords overall.

This is the worst property management i ever had, i called this company one month prior to give the notice for leaving the apartment and the lady told me she will send me the email with all the information for leaving the apartment and for claiming the security deposit. The email she sent didn’t say that we have to fill any form or anything else it completely says that you have to give a notice prior to the last day of the month. But now when i called her she says she can’t claim my security deposit which is $850 because we didn’t provide the notice, I showed her the email which is from her boss Karen Sharp. And she completely disagreed upon it and says she can’t claim our deposit. Its a clear way of misleading the people when they call in the company for information and at the end scamming people by saying that we are sorry that one pf our representative didn’t inform you about this. Worst company worst peopleScammers

He also knows of buyers who are acquiring property anyway, with full intentions to evict the entire building and do so-called reno-victions. Everybody is doing that

I wish to express that this property management company are very friendly and knowledgeable in the residential tenancies act. However they can only go as far and spend as much as their landlord-clients say they can. I can not hold Leading Edge accountable for that as it's not their decision but the decision of the Property Owner. Leading Edge are always friendly in their dealings with me and provide fast same day replies. Thank you for providing professional property management

I had the pleasure of renting from Leading Edge and have nothing but great things to say. I am saddened they will no longer be the management company of our building. Someone was always available to talk, and repairs/concerns were addressed the day of. Thank you, Karen and team for the last 2 years!

Karen and Alex (and the rest of the team!) are incredible to work with and I'm so glad I chose them to manage our properties in Saint John. They are absolutely professional from start to finish and have taken on TWO somewhat unexpected and longer-than-anticipated renovation projects and have been fantastic to deal with throughout the process. With me being out-of-province it's nice to know the properties are in good hands. They seem to easily find quality tenants and know the rental market inside and out. They advise me on renovations needed, and those that can wait. They manage my properties the way I would were I living in New Brunswick. My experience owning out-of-province (for me) rental properties would be a disaster without Leading Edge! They are competent, respectful, knowledgeable, responsive, and have exceeded my expectations with what a property management team can handle. I would highly, highly recommend landlords AND tenants work with them. I can't say enough great things about them!!!! 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!!!!

Not even worthy of one star. Thief’s . Over charge and make excuses. Very unprofessional. They Don’t ask for consent prior to charging and then make assumptions based on “other” clients and what “they” want. Then when you fire them, they send you an outrageous bill with items they already charged you for and demand payment. Double charges every month for the same thing. Buy new cleaning supplies every week for our small triplex and blame it on covid. Hard to believe a bottle of lysol is used every single week for less than a 20 min job.Also, terrible attitude, when we fired them due to hearing from other investors who were also taken advantage of by Leading edge, they slander their names.Would not recommend.

My landlord works here, always responded immediately to my emails and any time there was an issue they took steps to resolve it promptly. No complaints, when I move back to Saint John I'll be checking with Karen first to see what she has available!
