HORSELiFE CANADA

November 2020 I ordered a $620 pair of boots for my wife for Christmas. I live in Canada this is a Canadian company, they did not inform me the boots were not in stock and would be ordering from Ireland. 3 months later the boots arrive, wrong style. I sent numerous emails for follow up and customer service. I have them all I would love to talk to the head of the company about my experience. Worst customer service ever!!All emails replied were not signed by an individual, so no accountability. The last email said and I quote, “ we are a small company and do not have the Jeff Bezos Amazon army behind us working 24/7I would not waste your time or money supporting this business, the headache was not worth it.I guess they are not a large enough company to offer excellent customer service.

This store is the worst. They never have good stock and everyone is rude. Your better off going to Spruce Meadows.
